King Edward VII School is a public English medium high school for boys situated within the city of Johannesburg in South Africa's Gauteng Province, one of the historically significant Milner Schools.

The coronation of Edward VII and his wife, Alexandra, as king and queen of the United Kingdom and the British Dominions took place at Westminster Abbey, London, on 9 August 1902.

King Edward VII Medical College was a medical school from 1905 to 1949 in Singapore, the first one in what was then Malaya.
